My name is Sarah-Jane, and I am all things Cake That!
Over a decade ago I resigned from my job as a Chef at Brisbanes Premier 5 star hotel, and began my Full-time career creating Cakes for some of Brisbanes Finest events.
Being able to deliver magnifcent memorable centerpieces each week for clients that appreciate and are thrilled by what you do is better than wonderful. I am excited by challenges, and love trying something new, however I also have a soft spot for traditional and monochromatic cakes.
My background as a Chef, combined with my passion for sublime dessert cakes, has built this business into what it is today.
Baking all of my cakes from scratch, and using only the highest quality ingredients means that not only will your cake look amazing- it will taste divine too.
When you choose me to design your cake you can expect that I will create a cake that will have your guests in awe of your choice and wanting more. Ordinary is not im my vocabulary. Creating an Extrodinary, Jaw-dropping, Delecatable Cake is my sole aim with each and every client. If you are after a seriously spectaclar cake, I would love to help.
Private consultations are offered on Thursday afternoons and on Saturday mornings, By Appointment, in my Alderley home studio.
